By accessing, viewing, or downloading content from this gallery, you agree to the following terms and conditions provided by Kailahil, a photography and videography business based in California.

1. Image Rights & Ownership

• All photographs and videos provided through this gallery are the intellectual property of Kailahil and are protected under U.S. and international copyright laws.

• Clients are granted personal-use rights only. This includes:

  • Sharing on social media (with appropriate credit to @kailahil or www.kailahil.com)

  • Personal printing

  • Use for home display or personal memories

• Commercial use, including use for promotion, advertising, resale, or publication, is strictly prohibited unless a separate licensing agreement is established in writing.

2. Editing and Alteration

• Clients may not alter, filter, crop, retouch, or edit images in any way that changes the original aesthetic delivered by Kailahil.

• Cropping for social media display is acceptable only if it does not remove watermarks (if applicable) or misrepresent the original composition.

3. Gallery Access & Delivery

• This gallery is provided as a digital client portal to view, download, and optionally purchase prints or products.

• Delivery timelines for full galleries are outlined in the client’s signed agreement, typically within 3 weeks, unless otherwise discussed.

• Galleries may remain accessible for up to 90 days, after which they may be archived or removed.

4. Download & Print Policy

• Clients may download digital files in high resolution (where enabled).

• Watermarked previews are for review only and not intended for redistribution.

• Kailahil is not responsible for the print quality of photos printed outside of our approved lab partners.

5. Photo Sets & Complimentary Content

• Some galleries may include complimentary or curated sets (e.g., "Afterglow Collection") as a value-added feature. These are selected at the creative discretion of Kailahil and may not reflect the full event or shoot.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

• Due to the custom nature of photography, all sales are final.

• No refunds will be issued for digital downloads or prints unless there is a technical error directly caused by Kailahil.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

• Kailahil is not liable for:

  • Lost, deleted, or corrupted files once downloaded by the client.

  • Misuse or unauthorized sharing of gallery links by third parties.

  • Print errors from third-party services not recommended by Kailahil.

• By accessing this gallery, you assume full responsibility for any action taken with the images.

8. Modifications

Kailahil reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page. Continued use of this gallery after changes constitutes your agreement to those changes.
